如何注册或登录账号?
打开 App,进入"我的"页面点击"点击登录",输入您的菲律宾手机号(10 位数字),点击"获取验证码"接收短信验证码,输入验证码后点击"登录"即可。首次登录会自动注册。
没收到短信验证码怎么办?
1. 请确认手机号输入正确(菲律宾号 10 位,不含国家码)。
2. 检查手机短信屏蔽列表。
3. 60 秒后可重新获取。如多次仍未收到,请通过邮箱联系客服。
支持哪些支付方式?
支持 GCash、PayMaya、信用卡、银行转账以及货到付款(部分地区)。具体可用方式以下单时显示为准。
配送范围和时间?
目前覆盖马尼拉大都会区(Makati、BGC、Manila、Pasig、Quezon City 等)。一般 24 小时内送达,部分区域支持当日达。
如何申请退款或退货?
收到商品后 7 天内可申请。在 App"我的订单"中找到对应订单,点击"申请售后"提交,客服会在 24 小时内处理。生鲜类商品如有质量问题请尽快拍照反馈。
App 闪退或加载缓慢?
1. 请检查网络连接是否稳定。
2. 尝试关闭 App 后重新打开。
3. 在 App Store 检查并更新到最新版本。

How do I sign up or log in?
Open the app, go to the "Profile" tab and tap "Sign In". Enter your 10-digit Philippine mobile number, tap "Get Code" to receive an SMS verification code, then tap "Login". Your account is created automatically on first login.
I didn't receive the SMS verification code.
1. Verify the mobile number is correct (10 digits, no country code).
2. Check your message blocking list.
3. You can request a new code after 60 seconds. If repeated attempts fail, contact us by email.
What payment methods are supported?
GCash, PayMaya, credit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (in select areas). Available options are shown at checkout.
What is your delivery coverage?
We currently serve Metro Manila (Makati, BGC, Manila, Pasig, Quezon City, and surrounding areas). Standard delivery is within 24 hours; same-day delivery available in select zones.
How do I request a refund or return?
Within 7 days of delivery, open "My Orders" in the app, find the order and tap "Request Refund / Return". Our team responds within 24 hours. For perishable items with quality issues, please send photos as soon as possible.
The app crashes or runs slowly.
1. Check your network connection.
2. Force-quit and restart the app.
3. Update to the latest version from the App Store.
4. If the issue persists, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a description.
How do I delete my account?
