789 FreshMart ("we", "our", "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains
what information we collect when you use our mobile application, why we collect it, how we
use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account & contact: mobile phone number, verification code, optional name and avatar.
- Delivery details: shipping address, contact name, contact phone.
- Order content: products selected, quantities, order notes, payment method.
- User-generated content: product reviews, ratings, photos you upload.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device info: device model, OS version, app version, language, network type, and a
non-permanent device identifier used to deliver push notifications.
- Usage data: pages viewed, items clicked, search keywords, in-app errors. Used to
improve the App. We do not link this with any third-party advertising profile.
1.3 Permissions we request
- Location (
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION):
to suggest the nearest store, calculate delivery range, and let you pick a delivery address
on a map. Location is requested only when you actively use these features.
- Camera (
CAMERA): to let you take photos for product reviews or
customer support tickets. Photos remain on your device until you choose to upload them.
- Photo / Storage: to let you select existing photos to upload.
- Notifications: to send order status, delivery, and promotional updates. You can
disable this in your system settings at any time.
- Internet: required for the App to communicate with our servers.
You may deny or revoke any permission in your device settings. The corresponding feature
will be disabled but the rest of the App continues to function.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and authenticate your account.
- To process and deliver your orders.
- To process payments through third-party payment gateways.
- To provide customer service, handle returns, refunds, and complaints.
- To send transactional notifications (order confirmation, shipping, delivery).
- To send promotional notifications, only if you have not opted out.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To improve products, content, and the user experience through aggregated analytics.
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories
of recipients, and only as needed for the services they provide:
- Payment processors (e.g. GCash, card processors) — we share the order amount,
order ID, and minimum identity data required to complete payment. We do not store your
full card number on our servers.
- Map services (Google Maps Platform) — coordinates and search queries are sent to
Google to render maps and resolve addresses. See
Google's Privacy Policy.
- Cloud hosting & infrastructure providers — to store data and run the service.
- SMS / Push delivery providers — to send verification codes and notifications.
- Logistics partners — name, address, and contact phone are shared with the
courier so your order can be delivered.
- Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our or others'
rights, safety, and property.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, plus
the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and consumer-protection regulations
(typically up to 5 years after the transaction). Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may
be retained longer.
5. Data Security
All network traffic between the App and our servers is transmitted over HTTPS / TLS.
Passwords and payment tokens are stored using industry-standard hashing or encryption.
Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. No
method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data
commensurate with its sensitivity.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information through the App or by contacting us.
- Delete your account and the personal data tied to it. Some records (e.g. invoices) may
be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
- Opt out of marketing notifications at any time.
- Withdraw a previously granted permission via your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please
contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, where our service
providers operate. We require appropriate safeguards in line with applicable data
protection laws.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top
reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified inside the App.

- 使用数据:访问的页面、点击的商品、搜索关键词、应用错误日志,用于改进体验。我们不会将其用于第三方广告画像。
3. 我们申请的权限
- 位置:用于推荐最近的门店、计算配送范围、在地图上选择送货地址。仅在您主动使用相关功能时获取。
- 相机:用于拍摄商品评价照片或客服反馈截图。在您主动上传前不会离开您的设备。
- 相册/存储:用于选择已有照片上传。
- 通知:发送订单状态、配送进度、促销活动。您可在系统设置中随时关闭。

二、信息的使用

三、与第三方共享
我们不会出售您的个人信息。仅在必要范围内向以下类别的服务方共享:
- 支付服务商(如 GCash、银行卡通道)—— 共享订单金额、订单号及完成支付所必需的身份信息。我们不在服务器存储您的完整卡号。

- 云主机和基础设施服务商 —— 用于存储数据和运行服务。

四、信息保留
账户和订单信息会在账户存续期间,以及税务、会计和消费者保护法规要求的期间内保留(通常最长为交易后 5 年)。

本应用与服务器之间的所有网络流量均通过 HTTPS/TLS 加密传输。密码和支付令牌使用业界标准的哈希或加密方式存储。
生产数据访问遵循最小授权原则。任何方式都无法 100% 杜绝风险,但我们会按合理的安全水平保护您的数据。

- 在应用内或联系我们更正错误信息。
- 删除账户及关联的个人数据(部分发票等记录可能因法律义务保留)。
