您可以随时申请注销 789 FreshMart 账户并删除相关个人数据。我们将在收到申请后 7 个工作日内处理完成。
操作步骤
2邮件中请提供:
- 注册手机号(菲律宾号 10 位)
- 注销原因(可选)
3等待确认:
我们会向您发送确认邮件并核验身份,验证通过后将在 7 个工作日内完成数据删除。
将被删除的数据
- 账户基本信息(手机号、昵称、头像)
- 收货地址
- 购物车内容
- 收藏的商品
- 优惠券、积分余额(恕无法折现)
- 登录记录、设备 ID、推送 token
- 站内消息及偏好设置
将被保留的数据
根据菲律宾税法及消费者权益保护法律,以下数据将以匿名化形式保留 5 年,仅用于审计、税务及法律合规:
- 已完成订单的交易记录(去除个人身份信息)
- 支付凭证(金额、日期、订单号,不含手机号或姓名)
这些数据无法定位到具体个人,仅供税务/法律核查。
⚠️ 注意:账户注销后无法恢复。已支付未发货的订单建议先完成或申请退款。账户内的优惠券、积分等虚拟资产将一并清除,不予折现或转移。
Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your 789 FreshMart account and associated personal data at any time. We will process your request within 7 business days.
How to Request

- Your registered mobile number (10 digits, Philippines)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
3Wait for confirmation:
We will send a confirmation email to verify your identity. Once verified, deletion will be completed within 7 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account information (mobile number, nickname, avatar)
- Shipping addresses
- Shopping cart items
- Favorited / saved products
- Coupons and reward points (non-refundable)
- Login records, device IDs, push tokens
- In-app messages and preferences
Data That Will Be Retained
To comply with Philippine tax law and consumer protection regulations, the following data will be retained in anonymized form for 5 years, used solely for audit, tax, and legal compliance:
- Transaction records of completed orders (with personal identifiers removed)
- Payment receipts (amount, date, order ID — no phone number or name)
This data cannot be linked back to individual users and is used only for tax/legal verification.
⚠️ Important: Deletion is irreversible. If you have unfulfilled paid orders, please complete delivery or request a refund first. All in-app coupons, reward points, and virtual assets will be permanently removed and cannot be redeemed or transferred.
